My time in China

Hello from South Korea. I couldn't get to my blog from China or Facebook. They don't let you do some things on the internet in China. We got to China very early in the morning at about 6.43am. Sara our guide met us at the airport and she took us to the Summer Place. We saw lots of dragons from the east. They are good dragons and they spurt out water. There was a big rock that was very weathered and if you touch it you will be very poor.
Our hotel in China was called the Holiday Inn and the staff were all very nice. The food at the hotel was nice and it tasted very good and there was lots to choose from.
We walked on the Great Wall of China and I looked over the edge and lost my new cap. It blew off my head . I only got to walk along it for a little way. It is 6000 kms long so I didn't get to walk it all.
We went to Beijing Zoo and I saw Giant Pandas and a very cute little monkey. We bought some Snowball ice cream and it was good. I saw an African Rhino that didn't look happy. After the zoo we had to walk a long way before we could get a taxi back to the hotel. That was our free day.
The toilets in China are not the same as at home. You will have to ask me about that. Did you know that my name in China is Fu?
We went to the Red Theatre and saw a show about Kung Fu.There were lots of lights and music and the dancing was very good. The dancers were very clever and they did well.
We ate meals at restaurants that were filled with chinese people and we had to eat with chopsticks. I can do it very well but Mum and Dad are not so good at it. I collect chopsticks now and I have some to bring home. Thats all for now. I will write again soon.

day one

We left Ben Lomond at around about 7:00AM and got to the airport in Armidale at 8:30AM. We didn't leave on the plane until 11:45AM to fly to Sydney. I was a bit freaked out because it didn't have turbines. When we got to Sydney we caught a bus across the airport because the couldn't get off the runway . We got a taxi to the motel and then we went into Sydney to meet Chris. We went to lunch at China Town and I had sushi and a juice bar drink that had bubbles that you could eat. Then Chris and I went to Galaxy World and we played a shooting game, an animal wrestling game and air hockey. We got some souvenirs to take with us as gifts.
We went back to the motel and I watched How to Train Your Dragon on the TV. I give it 10 stars. It was good. We ordered tea and when they brought it, my pizza was burnt on the bottom so Mum sent it back and they cooked me a new one. I ate it all and had a banana split too.Thats all for today. We fly to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia tomorrow and then to China.

8 Sleeps Until We Leave

Today is my 11th Birthday and in 8 days time, Mum, Dad and I will be going to Sydney before flying to China.

I got an ipod for my birthday so I can watch movies on the plane. Last time we went overseas, the movies on the plane were crappy, so I am better prepared this time.

We will be in China for one week before we go to South Korea. We get to stay in South Korea for 5 weeks. We only went for 2 weeks last time.

I am really excited about going to the Great Wall of China. And when we get to Korea I want to go to Everland.
